Best Change Outcomes (BCO) was founded by Dr. Paul Thomason on the belief that mid-sized organizations deserve the same caliber of change management as the Fortune 100 – delivered in a way that’s flexible, affordable, personalized, and the result of a proven methodology delivering superior outcomes.

Paul’s career as a change leader spans two decades and four continents. He built a global change management framework at Amazon, including a certification process that included reviewing a tiered, hands-on curriculum completion. Paul certified 80+ change managers in the first year.  During that time the approach delivered more than 180 projects across Asia, Europe and the Americas in the first year. He guided critical transformations at GoDaddy: a much-needed M&A integration process, a global IT reorganization, and a 1,500-person customer service role and salary realignment.  As a Deloitte Specialist Leader, he advised Directors, VPs and C-suite clients on cloud talent modernization and change management. For his doctorate in 2017, Paul published research on how leadership behaviors impact change success.

Paul founded BCO to bring this deep expertise directly to organizations navigating change. He is a certified Change Practitioner with both ProSci in the ADKAR method, and with the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP).  Paul has Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications, in addition to Google and AWS technical cloud certifications.
