Since the 1950's studies have cited 70% as the percentage of failed projects. In my opinion, most change projects falter due to people issues, not technical ones - and sometimes those people are the leaders themselves. In this article, we explore the top three reasons projects still fail (and define what failure actually means) at insane rate in the real world. (Except mine, of course)
